Our company became the only outsourcing partner of Dometic in China in 2017. The two sides carry out multi-faceted cooperation in the field of thermoelectric lid. Huiwen has assisted Dometic to develop a number of global best-selling products, occupying 80-90% of Dometic's market share in China, which have been well received in the international market. The power ratings of the company producing fully pre-mixed burners cover all current supply ranges of fully pre-mixed boilers, and gas-fired fully pre-mixed low-NOx condensing hot water heaters series products have been widely used. The professionally designed thermal energy equipment products and optimized design solutions have significantly reduced operating costs for end customers, enhanced production efficiency, lowered pollutant emissions, and met environmental protection emission requirements.
Our company utilizes its own technical advantages to establish strategic partnerships with internationally renowned cabinet manufacturers such as Pentair, Emerson and Purcell to jointly develop a variety of thermoelectric cooling systems, which are widely used in outdoor cabinets.
One way to actively cool the temperature inside the outdoor cabinet by using thermoelectric equipment is to consider the application in harsh outdoor conditions. The thermoelectric cooling method is beneficial for providing the reliability of the cooling system. Such constant-temperature outdoor cabinets are widely used in centralized procurement by domestic operators such as China Unicom, China Mobile and China Telecom.
The world's first set of full-plate artificial board pusher equipment was developed, providing technical support for the reduction or zero emission of exhaust gas from artificial board hot presses. It achieves a significant reduction in total pollutant emissions, having the same effect as reducing production capacity under the condition of ensuring production capacity to guarantee air quality. It drives the innovation of industry emission standards, design standards, and equipment standards, providing technical support for China's plywood industry to lead the green development of this industry worldwide.
The vast majority of pure tellurium obtained by all countries in the world is recovered as a by-product during the smelting of non-ferrous metals such as copper, lead and zinc. Industrially, tellurium is extracted from the anode slime of electrolytic copper in copper smelting. China's annual tellurium production is about 290 tons, accounting for 61.70% of the global total. China is a major consumer of tellurium, with the semiconductor cooling industry alone requiring over 100 tons of tellurium annually. To fundamentally solve the supply problem of raw material tellurium, our company and Jinchuan Group have jointly invested to establish Gansu Jinchuan Lizu New Materials Application Technology Co., Ltd. Relying on Jinchuan Group's solid platform, abundant resources and strong technical strength, the company focuses on the purification and application of rare and dispersed metals. On the basis of the existing industrial chain, expands and supplements the chain, extending basic raw materials (tellurium, bismuth, selenium) to functional thermoelectric materials and further to thermoelectric applications.
Our company has jointly developed and researched a new type of semiconductor thermoelectric material tin selenide, with Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. The traditional thermoelectric materials are mainly bismuth telluride. Tellurium is a derivative of copper ore and is produced along with copper ore. The purification process is complex and the mining cost is high. The reserves of tellurium are scarce and the mining cost is high. It is a by-product of copper ore. Compared with the original bismuth telluride material, tin selenide thermoelectric material has obvious advantages in price and performance. It is expected that the raw material price can be reduced by about 30% to 50%, and the performance can be improved by about 20%. This project can promote the new thermoelectric material to be mass-produced at a low cost.
Our company has jointly developed with academician Ning Ping of Kunming University of Science and Technology develop the passive power system, platform linkage control system, peripheral combustion equipment exhaust gas collection system and pollution gas monitoring equipment for intelligent VOCS treatment and waste heat collection system. Develop the world's first set of full-board type wood-based panel pushing equipment to provide technical support for the wood-based panel hot presses to reduce the amount of exhaust gas emissions or zero emissions; develop hydraulic press residual pressure energy storage and multi-energy output equipment to provide power sources for the pushing machine and circulating fan to achieve the above two types of equipment to run zero-energy and thus realize carbon emission reduction; develop VOCs-containing hot exhaust gas to replace the boiler multi-load combustion air equipment to achieve the recovery of sensible and latent heat of nearly 100%, and thus realize carbon emission reduction. 100% recovery of sensible heat and latent heat, thereby realizing carbon emission reduction; the research and development of multi-channel wind, pressure and air volume automatic matching control system can guarantee the stability of combustion of combustion air of boilers with different loads under different working conditions of multiple hot presses, thereby guaranteeing the high incineration rate of VOCS in the hot exhaust gases after emission reduction.
