The combustion flame is small, the heating is uniform, there is no local high temperature, and the combustion temperature is low, thus greatly reducing the production of NOx. The burner is in infrared radiation mode at low load output and blue flame mode at high load output. When the system adjusts the load output, the flame changes between these two modes.
Lanyane LY series burner adopts full premixed swirl surface combustion technology, which makes combustion more full and higher efficiency; Especially at small loads, the metal fiber burner will adopt a radiative heat transfer mode, which can increase the efficiency of heat exchange.
